Damir Halilić, more casually known as 'Hal' (pronounced ‘Hall’ in English), is a professional musician from Rijeka, Croatia. Hal has published four critically-acclaimed albums to date.

TRILOGY (2006) is a 3 CD collaboration offering an incredible array of genres from this master Croatian guitarist:  Disc 1 best fits the Americana category.   Disc 2 flaunts Hal's 'fingerstyle' guitar magic.  Disc 3 is a sizzling jazz-fusion compilation mainly on electric guitar.  This album does have some vocals.  The majority of the vocals are sung in English, however, a few are in Croatian.

Many famous musicians contributed to 'TRILOGY's' brilliance, including several world-renowned Nashville stars.  Suzy Bogguss (TONIGHT WE DANCE) added her lovely singing voice.  Legendary guitar ace John Jorgenson (DIO MIO, VELVET) added some guitar magic.  J.D. Blair pitched in on drums, and Charlie Chadwick helped out on bass.  Jim Horn (sax), Stuart Duncan (fiddle), and Jamie Hartford (guitar, vocals on SOMETHING WRONG) were invaluable.  Mike Farris (vocals on WATCH YOU SLEEP) performed and a bunch of other top-tier professionals participated.
